Many other brands of cod liver oil are poor in Vitamin A and this defeats the purpose of taking this precious oil. Capsules are good for those who don’t like the taste of the fish oil. Or the mild minty and orange liquid forms of this cod liver oil is very easy for most people to handle. Taking it in liquid makes taking larger quantities easy and is less expensive than capsule form. Oils and oil soluble vitamins store well in the body so they don’t have to be taken daily. I take 1 tbsp once or twice weekly depending how much stress is coming at me.
